EURUSD: Headed for the All Time High

The US dollar sold off aggressively following the release of a much weaker than expected manufacturing survey. With conditions in both the Empire State and Philadelphia regions deteriorating significantly in the month of February, the national ISM manufacturing index should fall back into contractionary territory. Readings below 50 for the manufacturing and service sector ISM indicates that the US economy is in a recession regardless of whether the Federal Reserve wants to admit it. The last time the Philadelphia Fed index was this low was back in 2001 which was the same year that non-farm payrolls dropped as much as 300k. On top of the already bearish headline number, the expectations of business activity in the manufacturing sector fell to the lowest level since the recession in the 1990s. In yesterday’s Daily Fundamentals, we said that the EURUSD should see a push above 1.48 and a possible test of the all time high. Now that we are above our first target, a run to the 1.4968 and beyond seems even more likely. Today’s numbers indicate that there will be at least another round of disappointing US economic data before there are signs of a recovery. We expect non-farm payrolls and consumer spending to drop once again and if the EURUSD has not already hit a new all time high before that, these are the perfect triggers to make it happen. The futures curve is still pricing in a 94 percent chance that the Federal Reserve will bring interest rates down to 2.50 percent next month, which would make the US dollar the second lowest yielding currency in the developed world. Although this screams funding currency status for the dollar, if the US economy begins to stabilize, the greenback may actually rise in value. However that’s a trade for another day as the light at the end of the tunnel is still months away. In the meantime, there are no US economic releases due for release tomorrow, which suggest that it could be a quiet trading day.

Our US economics team is already calling for capex-induced negative GDP growth in successive quarters (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun), for a technical minor recession in the first half of the year by definition. We are forecasting that Japan will cling on to a modicum of growth in the Oct-Dec 2007 quarter, boosted by external demand, but there is a possibility that, like the US, this quarter will mark the peak and the economy will retreat in Jan-Mar. Future data for industrial production will tell us if this is the case.

Presenting of the trustee agreements to you for payments. The assignment of your trading profits will be handled by a trustee agreement.It will confirm the profits which has been done. One condition for a valid agreement will be a showable certificate or an electronical number of a certificate and a notarized ID copy.

4. date: until the 1th of September 2008

After audited completion of points 1-3, the net profit amount will be deposited to your account at the payment platform. This will be given to you starting at September offshore from our banking partners. You will have the possibility from that platform to do wires and to use debit cards for withdrawing cash. Your address on file will be used to deliver those debit cards.

The program itself will not be ongoing after Septembe 2008. There will be not a second one. After communicating to our partners (policy companies) we have worked out a suitable and satisfying solution for you as a substitution.

The program still stays open to do new TEPs directly. From today on all requested TEPs has to be on shedule context (points 1-3) and may not leave this timeframe. Until the 1th of September TEPs can be purchased and requested.

We kindly ask you to not send emails about these issues, because we have it described clear and comprehensible without leaving any questions unanswered.

Please follow this procedure strictly to avoid problems and to get your well deserved profits finally.

All users who have sent wrong ID datas or won´t follow this procedure have to take into consideration that the profits will not transfered to them. Though they will pooled into a special account for distribution to the other members. This will be guided and watched closely by the trustee.

Furtheron inactive depots will be refunded to the owners after 1th of September. Basically these amounts will be refunded to the referred E-Payment deposit account.

As per instructions received from Stella, every member must download, print and fill this form in order to begin the payment process. The due date for this final step is January 31st.

First of all, please accept our most sincere apology as the member area was unaccessible for over a week. This all started while we were uploading new functions onto the servers. I am not going into details here, but the new files were not entirely compatible with the script and the database and this caused the login problems.

The recently published schedule is not being effected by these already fixed login problems!

As around 3000 of you have noticed already, there's a new button in the member area called "Active Member". Click this if you are going to continue until the very end, i.e. you are going to provide the ID copy and the documents. This function is to tell us how many of you is serious. Once it's been clicked, the button disappears.

The Additional Policies purchase option is being added shortly. It's been a nightmare to get the Liberty Reserve shopping cart to work with our script. Actually, I'm waiting for a word from the developer to arrive in any minute now.

I start processing the refunds, inactivation and downline modification requests now. The oldest requests are from the 20th of October, so there's some delay. Please be patient, all the issues will be cleared!

Here's the numbers I've promised!

The insurance company provided to number of complete and pre-qualified members last night. This includes everyone, who is not older than 66 and whose profile is complete.

We have 94.601 members at this very moment, who would be accepted as a Compensation receiver by the insurance company.

We have a little more than 100.000 members already, but not all of them qualify because of their age (they will qualify, however, for the Loyalty Program Rewards) or because of the incomplete information in their profile.

What is needed to be done now? Two things:

1. You would need to check and re-check if your profile, and the profiles of your downlines are complete.

Check with your first line referrals, if you have an excessive downline, or go through the whole downline. Do as you wish, but please do it! You helped them to find this opportunity, now you would need to help them a little bit more to get the benefits.

2. Sign up all the pending new members now.

I know there are quite a lot of interest to our program and the current members also have lots of names to sign up, but they have been put aside while the members watch the progress of the program. As there already is the required amount of new membes laying on the desks, I don't really see a reason why not to bother and sign them up now.

I am extremely satisfied with these numbers! I thought we are further away from the target, based on the email correspondence and my own calculations. Happy to be wrong!
